2. Ask for Feedback

Value the opinion of your most loyal clients by inviting them to give you feedback on your service. If it’s bad, it’ll help you improve your service, and ensure you keep them on board. And you never know, they might say something exceptionally nice that you can use to attract new customers!

3. Reward loyalty

Why not set up a loyalty plan? Reward returning clients with offers, free information or a points plan. Is it works for Tesco then it can for you!
